I posted some level settings from Tweakheadz for setting faders during mix down and they weren't to my taste. Certainly a vocal at 0 db would be way too loud. Maybe good for rock/pop whatever but for Electronic Music Kick and Bass are king, so I'm posting the starting point for mixdowns I usually start with.
